GeForce NOW adds Aniimo and upgrades Bond’s cloud graphics
NVIDIA’s cloud service adds more games and path tracing for 007 First Light, with its highest streaming specifications reserved for Ultimate members.
Pawprint Studio’s free-to-play creature-catching game Aniimo can be streamed on supported devices, including Steam Deck and the newly supported Firefox browser. NVIDIA’s GeForce NOW Community announcement says cloud play avoids the game’s 45GB local download.
The company lists 11 additions, including Active Matter, Outer Wilds, Stray and What Remains of Edith Finch. Store release dates are not promises of simultaneous cloud access: NVIDIA says availability can vary as games are added to the service.
A graphics upgrade and a trial route
007 First Light also receives path tracing, which changes how lighting, shadows and reflections are rendered. NVIDIA says Ultimate members can stream with RTX 5080-class performance and up to 5K high dynamic range. Those are the company’s stated capabilities, not measured results across every supported device.
Players can try premium streaming through a day pass, whose cost can be credited towards a first monthly membership. Separately, the Bond game’s Deluxe Edition has a Steam sale running from 15 to 29 September. That purchase offer is distinct from the cloud-service membership.
Players short of local storage gain another way to run these games. A day pass lets them test premium streaming before a monthly commitment, while the top graphics options remain tied to Ultimate membership.
